Gigi's Mode provides Gift Receipts on request. Our return policy is printed on all of our sales receipts.
Exchanges or Store Credit are accepted under the following conditions:
The customer must produce the original receipt or gift receipt.
The item must have been purchased in the previous 14 days.
Clearance items may not be returned.
Jewelry, sunglasses and evening bags may not be returned
No refunds. Exchanges or Store Credits Only.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Damaged or distressed items may not be returned.
